1981 to Present:  General practice of law with experience in civil litigation, personal injury, police brutatlity civil rights cases, medical negligence, dental negligence, criminal defense, workers' compensation, insurance matters, contract law, corporate and business matters, bankruptcy, real estate, employment law, civil rights, discrimination matters, prosecution and defense of unemployment claims, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant law, representation of public housing authorities, administrative proceedings and commercial and private collections.

Part-Time Instructor, University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky, August, 1991 to 2007.  Teaching course in Management Department of College of Business and Economics entitled, "Ethical/Regulatory Environment of Business" with study in the American legal system, constitutional law, governmental regulation of business, administrative law, business organization, antitrust law and employment law.

Part-Time Instructor, Sullivan Junior College of Business, Lexington, Kentucky, 1988 to 1990.  Teaching courses in real estate, litigation, business law and introduction to paralegalism.
